My wife & I moved from Chicago, Illinois in October of '02 to the Clear Lake area of Houston.   My previous career was in a family service-oriented business (30+ years) dealing internationally as well as in the United States.  I have learned that there is only one way to keep customers/clients is by being focused on them and their needs and above all being honest, dependable & trustworthy, always adhering to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. 

Education is also a key to my sucess and service to my customers.  Passing the State of Texas R.E. license exam was not enough.  My goal is to be the best.  I have completed the following courses to earn the following designations:

ABR  Accredited Buyers Representative including New Home Sales Representation

GRI   Graduate Realtor Institute

ePro  Real Estate Technolgy

QSC  Quality Service Certification

I am also working on completing my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), which I have completed CRS 201 - Listing Stategies for the Residential Specialist, and CRS 206 - Technoligies to Advance Your Business courses.

  I am also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, & the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce.
